Lindenwood University’s J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts will host an International Poster Design exhibition featuring the work of Polish artist Kaja Renkas and her colleagues, Katarzyna Kroczek-Wasinska and Malgorzata Luczczak, from Oct. 7 to Nov. 8, 2019, in the center’s Boyle Family Gallery.
Renkas, Kroczek-Wasinska, and Luszczak will present a lecture on their work at an opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 24. The exhibit will include over 30 poster designs by the internationally renowned artist, in addition to the other works.

Enjoy traditional Polish sausages with sauerkraut or salad-$5, homemade golabki-$2, pastries, sodas small-$0.5 big-$1, and Polish beer. Listen to lively Polish folk music. Our picnic shelter is next to the famous Creve Coeur bike trail and just 60 feet from the beach with beach volleyball courts. Kayaks, single and multi-person bikes, and paddle boards are all available at a nearby rental. Tree zip lines and kids playgrounds are located in the adjoining Upper Park. If you wish you can bring your own picnic blankets and lawn chairs.

Beloved husband of Eleanor T. Podolski (nee Deptula).
Dearest father of Linda (Thomas Edward) Schulte, Stanley (Illeane) H. III., & the late James J. Podolski. Dearest Grandpa to Alissa (Donald Corie) Nicks, Stanley “Lee” (Sarah) Podolski IV , Elena Schulte, Lydia Schulte, Grant E. Podolski. Great-Grand Father to Vivian Nicks.
Our brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin & friend to many.
Stan was a member of the PFA Nest 45, Polish American Cultural Society, American Legion, Polish American Golfer Association and the 3 Hole in One Club. He was the owner operator of Podolski’s Market, a member of Meat Cutters local 88, and a retired officer of Pulaski Bank.
Funeral on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 1413 N. 20th Street, 63106.
Funeral Mass at 11:00 am.
Visitation at church from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
Memorials to St. Stanislaus Restoration Fund Appreciated .
The Polish Heritage Open is an annual event to raise funds to maintain the Polish Heritage Center at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in St. Louis.
